On a sunny day in the 1980’s, I closed on my first home in Southern California.  A transplant from Canada, I loved the laid back, yet active pace of San Diego County.  In the 3 decades since then, I have had several successful businesses and owned over two dozen residential, investment and commercial properties.

But the real success story has been real estate.  Always “running in the background,” my real estate investments have been the fuel to me living my best life in both easy and challenging times.

I believe that properly selected and well-managed real estate (whether your first or tenth home or investment) is a key pillar to any financial life plan.  My clients get my passion and experience when buying or selling – for me, it’s far more than just a transaction!
